How can a brand manage sent and received invitations in the Network module?

Managing invitations effectively helps:

  • Improve acceptance rates
  • Maintain clean brand relationships
  • Avoid delays in partnerships

Step-by-step guide

1. Access tables

Go to: Manage > Network

Use dropdown:

  • Sent
  • Received

2. Sent invitations

Actions via 3-dot menu:

  • Edit Brand
  • Resend Invite

3. Resend invitation

  • Available after 7 days
  • Opens email selection window
  • Add/remove recipients
  • Click Send

Result: Invitation re-triggered (no duplicate created)

4. Edit brand

  • Allowed only for Pending
  • Cannot edit:
    • Brand name
    • Brand handle

After edit > Initiate invitation via Email / SMS

Actions:

  • View Invite
  • Accept / Reject

6. Filter and search

Use filters:

  • Brand
  • Status (Active / Pending / Rejected)

  • Active brands cannot be edited
