How do I add group members in the Commerce Media Network?
Adding members to specific groups within your Commerce Media Network helps you create more focused, relevant, and engaging experiences. It enables you to:
- Segment audiences based on interests, behavior, or demographics
- Deliver more personalized content and discussions
- Improve engagement within niche communities
- Support targeted monetization (subscriptions, sponsored groups, premium access)
Groups act as micro-communities, making your overall ecosystem more structured and effective.

Step 1: Navigate to Communities and Groups
- Log in to your Brand Control Center
- Go to Groups & select the relevant group
- Open the group where you want to add members
Step 2: Open Group Members section
- Inside the group, go to Members
- Click on + Add Members
Step 3: Add member details
You can add members using one of the following methods:
- Manual Entry
- Enter email ID or user identifier
- Phone
- Genuin ID
- Import List
Step 4: Confirm group assignment
- Ensure selected users are mapped to the correct group
- (Optional) Assign multiple groups if applicable
- Click Add Members
- Based on system setup:
- Existing users get instant group access
